BluePrint Automation’s new VHPF is a vertical and horizontal case packer for high-speed case packing of flexible bags. VHPF packs stand-up and flat packs on the same machine with minimal changeover that is facilitated in just 3 min by handwheel adjustments, quick-release handles, and touchscreen operator interface.
Ideal for use in potato processing and frozen food industries for case packing of kraft paper and poly bags. Machine accommodates a wide range of vertical and horizontal pack patterns: 6 lb food-service bags can be packed at speeds of 65/min while retail bags can be packed flat at speeds of 80/min.
