The servos drive the partition indexing/opening and inserting, blending these 2 independent steps into 1 action that ensures gentle handling for smooth opening, precise placement and efficient case packing.  Lateral stabilizers square each partition after opening to “lock” the partition’s interlocking panels and ensure smooth insertion into the waiting case or tray.   A-B-C also offers a single head model for speeds to 35 cpm.  No tools changeover is a standard feature and effectively reduces changeover time up to 70% for a full range of partitions.
