Using a complete Schneider Electric solution, the machine centers on ELAU’s embedded robotic technology.  It integrates robot control as a software object running on the same controller as the rest of the machine.

By hanging a second delta robot arm in the same machine frame, the case packer handles an amazing 100 ppm in the same footprint and same electrical cabinet size.  The latter is possible because they are using ELAU’s Intelligent Servo Modules instead of conventional servos.

As Nuspark’s president Michael Elent explains, the robotic solution makes for a very flexible, high speed solution in minimum footprint.  It’s easy to change case size and product.
