Case/tray packer

The SFX-100 case/tray packer from Salwasser (Reedley, CA) uses a 2-axis robotic arm with vacuum or gripper tooling to lift and place full layers of product into 1 or more cases/trays in each cycle.

A product accumulator will index randomly spaced product on the infeed conveyor before loading. The machine operates at speeds to 45 cycles/min.
