The RA 1200-FB from Intertape Polymer (Bradenton, FL) is an operator-free machine that receives a case; automatically adjusts to the length, width, and height of that case; folds all 4 flaps; then seals the top and bottom with p-s tape.

A positive-drive flight bar drive propels the measured case from behind while squaring it. AC electric drives with mechanical brakes control the motion of the flight bars and the top flap folder/taper assembly. Machine is capable of running at line speeds of more than 200’/min.
