Case sealer

Wayne Automation (Norristown, PA) introduces the RPS-60/80 high speed case sealer. Designed for rugged, high-speed performance production, system can glue-seal cases at speeds to 100 cases/min.

Machine accepts cases entering randomly while a servo-drive system optimizes the space between cases facilitating high-volume throughput at low conveyor speeds. Features include a high-friction pacing conveyor for positive transport and case separation. Floating compression compensates for variations that occur in the manufacturing process.
