ProSelex® from Cermex is designed for handling 3 or more conveyable products, whatever their rigidity and thickness, and can be integrated into gantry or robot packers as well as multi-function case packers.
Efficient for all types of secondary packaging for both side and top
loading applications, ProSelex can be installed as an independent
module or integrated into the product collating section of the case
packer. A servo-driven comb moves at high speed on 2 axes to form
batches of products fed in continuously on a conveyor. Products are
spaced out by servo-driven lateral bands, which can be adjusted to suit
the product shape and resistance. For certain bottles, spacing is done
by servo-driven selecting starwheels.
