Case packers for gabletop cartons

Schneider Packaging Equipment introduces several new automated solutions for packaging gabletop cartons. Initially designed for the dairy/juice industry, case packers for gabletop cartons are ideal for applications where the cartons are packaged into corrugated cases.

Designed as a horizontal or top- or bottom-load vertical case packer equipment will pack half-gallon gabletop cartons into corrugated containers at speeds to 33 cases/min depending on pack pattern. High-speed horizontal case packer is designed for repeatable rapid changeovers from the 3-pack convenience case to the 4- 6- and 8-pack case for half-gallon style cartons.
