Pick and Place product handling loads products directly into the case from the metering section, maintaining product control, even at high speeds. Requires less space to load products, reducing the Axiom’s footprint. Parts for opening the case during product loading are eliminated, resulting in less cost and maintenance. Available with or without vacuum, depending on the product, the vacuum-free option is ideal for hostile environments or products with unstable caps. The same loader module can pick/rotate/place, pick/rotate/push, or pick and stack in multiple layers, maximizing flexibility on one machine.
