Douglas Machine (Alexandria, MN) has introduced a new wraparound case packer for 1- to 2-gal water bottles. Reaching speeds to 55 cases/min at three bottles per case, the machine has a product metering system that accomplishes product metering changes through the use of a selector switch.
There are no product metering change parts. Minimal change parts and time are needed for case changes.
