'All-In-One' shrink bundler/case packer

Polypack, Inc.’s ILB All-In-One machine is a robotic pick-and-place shrink bundler with a built-in case loader.

With quick-change gripper assemblies and adaptability to handle all types and sizes of products, the ILB All-In-One groups products and places them onto a bucket conveyor for shrink wrapping.  A discharge gantry automatically places the bundles into an erected tray/case.

The pick-and-place system offers superior product stability, efficient handling, multiple product configurations, minimal changeover, versatile loading and collation, color touch-screen interface and servo-driven control system by Schneider Electric standard, all stainless steel construction and built-in tray/case packing.
