Series 5600 melt-on-demand application system from Nordson (Duluth, GA) melts and pumps conventional hot melts and moisture-curing reactive materials on a continuous basis for high-volume converting applications such as label stock, specialty tapes or wide-web laminating.

Microprocessor-controlled the system uses a cool hopper that keeps adhesive cool and in a solid state until it's needed. Thermal grid melts adhesive as needed and delivers it to a reservoir where it's brought to application temperature. Holds up to 570 lb of various adhesives.
