Nuspark Engineering’s VRC-12 vertical rotary cartoner is said to fill up to 80 cartons/min. Uses a special carton feeder, positively erecting cartons into buckets that hold them in place with integrated suction cups, thus eliminating friction between rails and cartons.

The 12-station cartoner has spare stations that allow company to offer options such as a leaflet inserter printer bar-code reader and more. Can accommodate cartons ranging in size from ½” to 5” in length ½” to 4” in width and 2” to 15” in height.
