Vertical cartoner

Operating at speeds to 1ꯠ containers/min, the vertical cartoner in Triangle’s (Chicago, IL) ProLine series changes between carton heights in 5 min and makes 3-dimensional changes in 20 min.

The machine can store up to 20 product recipes. Special features include a super-duty drive train with minimal use of chains a gear-driven rotary carton placer and self-lubricating UHMW carrier blocks for cartons and spouts. No-tool changeable pockets and spouts simply slide in and out.
