collator combined with the company’s patented Dynamic Product Bucket featuring “Carry-In” loading. The asynchronous infeed system allows for continuous-motion infeed of product into the vertical collator, while the transfer of the sticks for loading is accomplished through intermittent motion. The system’s versatility allows for a continuous- or intermittent-motion cartoner that provides flexibility to accommodate a range of product count and packaging speeds. Servo-driven system is user-friendly and offers quick, tool-less changeovers with minimal tweaking and maintenance. Also features stainless-steel balcony GMP design, allowing for a clean, washdown system.
