Z Automation’s pizza cartoner and case packer offers a complete solution for end-of-line packaging needs for pizza applications.

Flexible combination provides streamlined turn-key operation, high productivity, and low operating costs. Servo-driven system is user-friendly and offers quick changeovers, while the stainless-steel balcony GMP design allows for clean washdown system and easy access for tool-less changeovers. Modular in both mechanical and electrical design, system is easily configurable to accommodate vertical and horizontal configurations, as well as packing in either cartons or trays. The “Carry-In” feature eliminates maintenance-intensive barrel cams, and the dynamic product bucket adjusts to various pizza sizes to eliminate the need for change parts.
