This horizontal cartoner is capable of packaging a variety of frozen food products in multiple stack configurations with a rated mechanical speed of 200 cartons per minute. This equipment can accommodate a wide range of carton sizes without changeover parts; all changeovers can be completed through adjustments made through the PLC. Key Features: ZAC overhead product sweeper facilitates in the transfer of the product from the infeed conveyor to the ZAC dynamic product buckets. This mechanism also facilitates in product stacking of multiple stack configurations. Complete stainless-steel, washdown machine. Rear drives are completely enclosed for protection during washdown of system for food safety requirements, which eliminates the need to purchase expensive specially constructed drives and motors.
