Reducing maintenance while providing greater accuracy, the servo-based design features an easily loadable, ergonomically correct powered carton magazine as well as a standard carton pre-break that eliminates carton setup failures. Walk-in access for cleaning, servicing, and quick changeover is possible with a patent-pending guarding scheme. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Enhancements include: single-button reset that clears multiple faults; OEE data collection on HMI; fault zones displayed graphically; guarding scheme that provides quick, open access. The Stealth II fully supports ANSI/PMMI B1.55.1-2006 safety and cGMP guidelines, and the metric design meets international standards. Pharmaceutical validation assistance is included.
