The Model 625 top-load cartoning system from Dimension (Maple Grove, MN) erects and fills cartons with a fixed number of products. The intermittent-motion machine then tucks in the top flap to seal the cartons, prints and applies labels, and inspects the finished package for missing labels or open flaps.
All components of the system are controlled by a single PLC that is operated via touchscreen.
