Dimension Industries, LLC: Bottle cartoner
The Model 400SV cartoner from Dimension Industries (Maple Grove, MN) takes up less than 10’ of line space, putting bottles, blisters, vials, and ampules into cartons with depths from 1.5” to 8”.
Operating at speeds to 400 cartons/min the machine features camming buckets rather than load funnels and an infeed with constant elevation. The unit requires no tools for changeover.
