Cartoner

Dimension Industries (Maple Grove, MN) introduces a collating and cartoning system for bulk quantities of filled blisters. After accumulating product from 2 bowl feeders, 2 towers orient and collate 5 to 10 blisters into stacks.

The stacks are then cartoned by 2 load stations simultaneously delivering speeds to 350 blisters/min. The PLC-controlled machine which also handles flexible packages can be configured vertically or horizontally and requires no tools for changeover of packages.
