The self-contained tester replaces the methylene blue dunking method.
It uses Helium as a tracer gas; exposes samples to a slight vacuum; then allows any leak path(s) to pull Helium into the package. The
second chamber draws any leaking Helium out of the sample and into a
non-Mass Spec Helium detector.
