The Variofill product feeding system for blister lines, from Bosch, is the newest in the company’s flexible TLT 2800 packaging line. Capable of handling products with complex geometry at high speeds while ensuring complete blister filling.
Thermoformed belt allows Variofill to feed tablets with a large tolerance into blister cups and allows for packaging different shaped products in blisters of the same size and cup shape. The number of blisters and packs can be reduced or kept at the same level while introducing new tablet shapes. In combination the blister packing lines reach output speeds of 1 blisters/min.
