Triangle Package Machinery (Chicago, IL) has introduced the Acceleron Advantage, a new vertical f/f/s machine with 40% fewer parts. Forming tube assemblies are now changed simply by releasing two hand clamps, sliding out the old assembly, then sliding in and clamping another.
New PosiSeal cross-seal system has cartridge heaters and air-jet cooling for high-quality seals on LDPE. With a turn of a switch the new film cage assembly tilts to a vertical position for operator viewing.
