Vertical bagging system

The V60 vertical form/fill/seal machine from M-TEK allows a broad range of bag styles and film types to be used.

With speeds up to 110 bags per minute, the V60 offers enhanced performance, improved productivity as well as reduced total cost of ownership.

Features easy adaptation to existing lines, IP-67 wash-down compatibility, tool-free change over, quick-disconnect electrical connections, all stainless-steel construction and open frame design for simple maintenance. Also features high-pressure, wash-down design without removing or covering machine parts, and an innovative, linkage-free seal and film advance systems. Comes with exclusive patent-pending cam driven cross seal jaw assembly with programmable jaw opening adjustments.
