Synerlink: High-tech sleeving machine for cups

The APSleever sleeving machine for filled cups from Synerlink - the Barry-Wehmiller Fresh Dairy Packaging Division is designed to be integrated into complete packaging lines, and provides fill rates of 43,000 cph on a complete f/f/s line (42m x 6m long).

Designed for bottom-up sleeve application, the APSleever technology is also suitable for fragile products with two times less heat exposure than other sleeving technologies, according to the company.

The APSleever’s sleeve variable height application provides flexibility and shelf differentiation.  Marketing messages receive more visibility with sleeve and lid position control through the entire packaging process.

The APSleever is fully-integrated and tested prior to shipment.
