Pouch machine for medical packaging
The Karlville Development Group’s KSG 600 PR-S-BZ flexible pouch machine produces a variety of bags for the medical and flexible packaging industry including: side gusset; standup pouch; 1, 2 and 3 side gusset; and folded or inserted gusset.
The converting machine features: HMI touch screen; universal set-English language; high-speed guillotine cutter; servo control for sealing and power stations; mold removal system/universal placement along the machine. Bags can be produced with or without zippers and one pouch, in conjunction with Velcro USA , uses a Velcro brand Press-Lok ™ closure.
