PMT packaging line of the year features energy savings retorts from Allpax

Greg Jacob, vice president and general manager of Allpax, a division of Pro Mach, talks about the retort system at Hormel Progressive Packaging plant – PMT 2010 Packaging Line of the Year award winner – in Dubuque, Iowa. The system is used to make Completes ready-to-eat meals shelf stable and provide hot water to heat the building.
