Unit automatically forms and seals materials such as Tyvek®, polyester, PE, metallized, and other barrier films including HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP, and nylon with a chevron seal. It forms a range of pouch sizes from tube stock, which allows for unlimited bag lengths and reduced inventory and carrying costs. Creates bag perforation and chevron seal inline to lock out particles in the f/f/s process, and is also equipped with a 1-micron filter to protect bag interiors and contents from airborne particulates. Basic 30”Lx30”W model includes PLC, accommodates film gauges from 1.5 to 4 mil, and runs at speeds of 20-30 bags/min with feed rate to ¼”/sec.
