The model is a fully automatic VFFS with low acid aseptic FDA validated operation. Features include: inert gas blanketing in product fill area, various filling options, complete SIP and CIP controls with HEPA filters and H202 distribution. The FSU1000 works with a variety of multi ply high barrier films. Finished packages are 3 side and 4 side sealed pouches, with a capacity range of 10 ml-10 liters.
