Foam-in-place bagging

Flexible Products Co. (Marietta, GA) has introduced the AccuPak Menu Direct, a new foam-in-place bagging machine. The system allows the operator to choose bag length and bag-fill percentages at the touch of a button.

Said to be the first machine of its kind to operate without a cartridge this machine produces a polyurethane foam bag that cushions and protects during shipping. The AccuPak also uses low-profile fixed nozzles to dispense consistent and precise foam cushions.
