CMD Corporation: Continuous-motion vf/f/s
Operating at speeds to 250 bpm, the CM 300 is a continuous-motion vf/f/s machine that uses independent, dual-rotary sealing jaws. The independent jaws are said to seal a wider variety of bag styles than fixed-jaw designs.
Equipped with Allen-Bradley ControlLogix[tm] controls that offer ease of operation and off-the-shelf components. Small footprint works well beneath low ceilings and saves floor space. A 1:1 speed ratio with the scale filler permits the use of smaller more economical scales to achieve high speeds says the company.
