The TD 1500 DUO compact machine fills and seals hot-filled or retorted foods (as well as nonfood items) into pouches. Fills both Doypack stand-up and 4-side-sealed pouches from 0.1 to 2L.

Uses a vacuum suction device to take preformed pouches from a magazine and transfer them to an eight-station rotary turret for opening checking filling sealing seal cooling and discharging. Station options include steam or gas flushing. The machine is available Mono or Duo producing one or two bags/cycle with a capacity of up to 100 bags/min.
