Long-Reach Robots

New from Kuka Robotics is the KR5 SCARA robot family, designed for customers with high-speed applications that entail long-reach tasks. The new 4-axis robots, when combined with the company’s user-friendly, PC-based control platform, give customers an automation solution that is easy to learn and use.

Available in 350 mm- and 550 mm-reach models capable of handling payloads to 5 kg. Light weight gives the robots optimum acceleration and maximum working velocities.
