The Extended Shelf Life bottle sanitizer from Integrated Packaging Machinery (Grandville, MI) with touchscreen controls has an enclosed design, creating a completely controlled environment.
The CIP Spray Ball yields constant and reliable sanitation. At speeds to 400 bottles/min the machine can be equipped with an air skid option that provides sterile air for drying containers to improve overall machine air quality. Included in that option is steam sterilization of filters to assure air quality PLC-monitored and -controlled filter and a less complex installation.
