Logopak acquired by Possehl

Logopak, founded in 1978, is headquartered in Hartenholm, Germany. The company designs and manufactures industrial print and apply labeling equipment with a reputation for precision, performance, reliability and full integration with packaging and logistics systems.

According to William Faulkner, President of Logopak Corporation, USA, “The sale has been ongoing for just over a year. For the past several months we’ve been immersed in the purchase process and organizational realignment. The purchase secures Logopak’s future and maintains the brand, the product line, and Logopak’s world-wide network of consulting, sales, and service. Under Possehl, a diversified industrial, manufacturing and trading company with a global presence and revenues of nearly € 2.0 billion, the purchase also creates new opportunities for innovation and market growth.
