Load transfer station

Columbia Machine’s (Vancouver, WA) load-transfer station (LTS) transfers loads to alternative pallets, slip sheets, or floors. Ideal for recovering expensive in-house pallets, LTS transfers the load to less expensive pallets, or to the customer’s own pallets for shipping.

Working at speeds to 300 loads/shift with a single lift-truck operator LTS reduces excessive labor expenses associated with manual transfers and reduces chances for repetitive-motion injuries. Pallets can be loaded into the LTS from 2 sides and removed or picked up from any of the 3 sides. A stand-alone mobile design allows it to service other packaging areas or to be installed as an integrated part of a larger system.
