Inflatable systems materials include: EP-Flex™ Renew™, a high performance low-density polyethylene air pillow film that is made with up to 50% less resin than competitive inflatable void-fill products and HC Renew™, a low-density polyethylene hybrid cushioning film with up to 10% recycled content. Both structures contain an additive that accelerates microbial biodegradation.

IntelliPack® foam-in-place systems have become the new industry standard. The units feature telemetry that enables remote monitoring of performance and consumables, as well as barcoding that guarantees that the right amount of liquid foam is used for each specific SKU.

GeoSpeed® paper packaging systems are easy-to-operate, on-demand systems that generate crumpled paper void-fill. Provides the perfect solution to fill awkward spaces and cushion sharp objects.

Rounding out Pregis’ extensive protective packaging offerings are Microfoam® low-density polypropylene sheet foam, the Astro-Bubble® line of air cushioning bubble, PolyPlank® foam plank products and a paper and poly-based mailer line.
