PRODUCTS AND SOLUTION

Tray Formers form all standard tray styles including produce trays, complex retail display trays, and trays for bakery, meat, and food processing. Bliss Formers automatically form engineered 3-piece cases that balance maximum stacking strength with economical use of corrugated board. Flange Sealers fold and seal single or multiple flanges in either in-line or bi-directional production flow, automatically adjusting for up to three different case sizes from three separate production lanes. Stackers/De-Stackers gently stack or de-stack containers in pre-programmed configurations for easy distribution.

NEW DEVELOPMENTS

The IPak team is continually developing machinery to accommodate the latest innovative tray designs. Key equipment features include offset vacuum picking, mechanical drive systems, PLC controlled glue pattern timing and pneumatic compression of all glue bonds to provide unparalleled tray forming performance.
