360a WR Wrap System

System includes the full features of the 360a Series Applicator with the simplicity of independent product handling controls assembled into a compact package, only requiring a 4 x 4 square footprint. This combination of components is to address your never-ending quest for best value, simplicity and robustness. CTM has integrated the 360a applicator, combining it with proven component and design features. For those applications where everything just really isn’t required, this is the system for you. The 360a WR system is packaged complete with the merge applicator with the touch screen display mounted to the vertical upright positioned on a single axis traverse for labeler adjustment. A variable speed 4’ x 6” wide mat-top conveyor, guide rail package, single product detector, and an independently controlled variable speed wrap station complement this system.

3 Roller Indexer

System Designed to apply a label to a specific location/orientation to a cylindrical product. The escapement slide enables one product at a time to be released to the labeler while the other products are being held back. The entrapment assembly was designed using a pneumatic cylinder with rollers attached. Once signaled, the cylinder extends and captures the product between the rollers and at the same time guiding the product against the indexer wheel – where proper label orientation to product occurs.

Additional features of this system include: 360a Series labeling applicators for either side or top apply, descrambling/accumulation tables, heavy duty conveyor base, easily adjustable applicator mounting to include “Y” axis traversing assemblies for ease of applicator adjustment. Also included is the electrical control package to include stainless steel electrical enclosure, complete guide rail package for product alignment to labelers and much, much more.
