The Lasetec laser coder is a 2-axis, beam-steered system designed to provide crisp, clear, permanent letters. Available from Industrial Dynamics (Torrance, CA), it utilizes a pair of galvanometers to write fully formed characters.
An automatic verification system eliminates hard-to-read characters smeared ink mis-formed letters and clogged ink jets. Can print letters as small as 0.05” or as large as 2.0” from a single printhead.
