The new Marsh 3100 and Marsh 1100 large-character ink-jet printers from Videojet are ideal for printing on secondary packaging such as corrugated boxes and cases.
Printers can print characters as large as 2.75” (70mm) and 0.66” (17mm). Machines are equipped with patented automatic self-cleaning and self-maintenance systems that ensure good quality and repeatable print quality in any environment. Because the self-maintenance system is noncontact it also avoids printhead damage that is possible during periodic maintenance. The user interface displays ink use monitoring and low-ink warnings. New ink can be added without halting production using nonpressurized containers.
