Key International launches new website
Key International's new website, designed with customers and suppliers in mind, features easier site navigation, improved look and feel, enhanced product information, and many different ways to contact or follow the company.
The updated site includes extensive information on the latest processing and packaging equipment available. Technical data and downloadable brochures work together to provide a detailed overview of capabilities across a range of industries including pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, and chemical.
With the addition of in-stock inventory listings of Key International’s name brand processing equipment and their preferred supplier’s equipment, customers are able to request a quote on any of the machines, parts & supplies, and even obtain a quote for technical service. The next phase of website development will include real-time quoting and ordering of select machines and parts.
User-friendliness was “key” in the creation of the new site. The new design allows users to easily find what they are looking for with one-click from the homepage, an updated site search, and improved site navigation. Contacting the company is easy. Options include calling, emailing, requesting a quote, scheduling a service call, or obtaining replacement parts quotes.
Key International CEO, Valerie Ianieri states: “We are very excited about the creation and launch of Key International’s new dynamic website. Key is dedicated to creating an online marketplace that provides customers with easy access to our latest processing and packaging innovations, as well as provide suppliers with an opportunity to use Key’s professional presence to help distribute their products. On-line marketing through our dynamic website is an important step in our 2014 growth goal of brand revitalization”.
In addition to real-time quoting and ordering for select machines and parts/supplies, Phase 2 development will include the launch of YouTube video integration and a service/repair portal that will let customers download the latest machine user manuals, documentation, and contact us for service calls.
