Edwin (Ed) Landon, Executive Director of the Institute of Packaging Professionals since 2001, has announced his retirement from that position effective June 30, 2009. Patrick (Pat) Farrey has been named as his successor.

Mr. Landon. “Having the opportunity to work closely with IoPP’s
officers, chapters, technical committees, members, Benefactors,
Corporate Sponsors and industry partners has been an honor.”
“Ed’s contribution to the growth and success of the Institute has exceeded all of our expectations,” says Jane Chase, CPP, IoPP’s President. “We’re excited to have Pat Farrey accept the Executive Director role on our leadership team,” continues Ms. Chase. “After serving as IoPP’s General Manager for the past seven years, Pat is intimately familiar with the operation of our business, insuring continuity in leadership while bringing his own unique perspective to the organization.”
