Videojet's (Wood Dale, IL) new Apollo II Ink Jet Imager is a large-character, high-resolution ink-jet printer suitable for printing bar codes, text or graphics onto corrugated containers or similar porous materials.
Produces alpha-numeric characters from 0.16" H to 1.9" H at speeds to 591'/min. Prints bar codes at up to 118'/min. The system provides 16 different DM (dots per millimeter) settings to produce optimum contrast when printing bar codes.
