SpanTech LLC will expand its operations in Glasgow, KY, by leasing an additional 55,550 sq ft of property and purchasing new equipment.


ID Technology, div. of Pro Mach, acquired Logmatix Labels & Tags, Inc.


Ball Corp. completed the acquisition of the Envases del Plata S.A. de C.V. extruded aluminum aerosol packaging manufacturing plant in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.


Paxton Products, div. of Illinois Tool Works, expanded the warranty on its XT- and AT-Series centrifugal blowers to cover all parts and labor for a period of three years from shipment, pursuant to the warranty policy.


PaperWorks Industries, Inc. added advanced printing equipment, a facility expansion, and new printing capabilities at its North American locations.


Viking Masek Global Packaging Technologies opened its new 35,000 sq-ft facility in Oostburg, WI.
