The new VistaSpec HB Ink Series is now available from Aellora Digital for the co.’s UV-curable piezo drop-on-demand ink-jet systems. Suitable for a broad range of substrates, inks are highly viscous at room temperature and rapidly cool after contact with substrate.
This allows for excellent drop control over extended periods without requiring special surface treatment or presetting/pinning of ink. Process is said to provide superior print quality compared to liquid UV-curable inks for high-resolution printing with the benefit of no bleed-through or color dilution.
