FleetwoodGoldcoWyard, A Division of Barry-Wehmiller Companies, Inc: Bottle shell denesting
A fully automated I&H denester eliminates the need for a full-time operator, according to the machine’s manufacturer, Fleetwood (Romeoville, IL).
Its two-stage belt system provides positive shell separation. Permits quick-change adjustment for various sizes and reaches speeds to 80 shells/min. A variable-speed frequency drive allows automatic speed adjustments. Accommodates columns randomly oriented on a pallet. I&H system is well-suited for carbonated beverage applications.
