Fill/seal equipment

The new SFA fill-and-seal machine from IPN is a compact machine capable of filling as many as 45 pouches/min.

The SFA takes 2 premade pouches from its dual magazine and proceeds to seal the spout into the pouch. After this process, a quick vacuum test is performed to ensure the pouch is properly sealed and there will be no leaks while filling. The pouch is filled via dual filling stations and then capped. With quick and easy changeovers for pouch size and spout type, the SFA is suitable for customers seeking a simple, low-cost packaging alternative. Features stainless-steel construction and a Siemens swing arm HMI capable of storing 50 recipes for ease of operation.
