Fill temperature control
Fogg's Temperature Management System enables hot-fill fillers to manage product temperature and filling valve temperatures when line stops occur.

The rugged bowl construction maintains hot temperatures, but product in fill valves tends to cool more quickly. The system allows the operator to easily adjust the trough to purge product in valves, restoring product to the same uniform temperature until filling can resume. System is said to save money by removing the need for a pressure gravity machine, while also allowing effective cleaning, low energy use, reduction in network, and reduced risk of flavor degradation.
